Ingredients
Bread 8 slices
Ham 4 slices
Cheese 4 Slices
Lettuce 50 g
Rissoles 4 each
Chicken Phyllis 4 each
Method
1. Butter bread on white cutting board
2. Place a slice of cheese and ham on 4 slices bread
3. Place other 4 slices on top to make sandwich
4. Cut off crusts and into triangles
5. Place up right onto serving platter
6. Deep fry rissoles and chicken Phyllis and arrange on platter with sandwiches
7. Garnish platter with lettuce
Chef Tips
Can use white or brown bread
